According to the Boston Globe, the Supreme Judicial Court has postponed making a decision on the same-sex marriage issue.
Goodridge v. Department of Public Health was filed by seven same-sex couples who want the right to marry in the state of Massachusetts. The court didn't give a reason for delaying the case nor is there any indication of when a decision would be made.
