The Salvaged Ring: A Real Pearl Harbor Story

My dad was stationed on the U.S.S. Raleigh at Pearl Harbor when it was attacked by a torpedo on December 7, 1941 around 7:55 a.m. He had purchased an engagement ring for my mom, and it was stored in his locker below deck.
