It is Okay to Go Slow

Going slow is not only okay, it is healthy and could be the secret to success in your marriage and life according to Hugh O'Neill, writing for Rodale's BestLife.

"So you want to drive the golf ball farther, be a better father, trim that gut, blow 'em away in your next presentation, and make your wife moan with delight? Take a lesson from the tortoise."
O'Neill quotes Dr. Katz of Yale, "We think we don't have time to care for ourselves, to cook well, to eat slowly, but if we don't take the time now, we'll just spend it in hospitals later."

We definitely agree.

O'Neill discusses taking it slow in important areas of your lives: romance, friendship, money, healthly breathing, eating, exercise and sports, parenting, reading, speaking, and more.

Consider making time to stop and smell the roses together. Living at a slower pace can help your marriage.
