Checking in from Weatherford, Texas. Since we had brunch with a friend today, we left Odessa later than we had planned. The time with her was well worth having less driving time!
The laptop connection tonight is super slow, so I'm keeping this short. We had lots of conversation today as we talked about a variety of topics like our past, our future plans, stress, the Colorado River, the weather, politics, church, the fact that it appears that billboards are no longer painted, death, burial, movies we want to see, and changing the lyrics to "My Way" into "Our Way."
Every conversation doesn't have to be meaningful or heavy. Random and light conversations are good conversations, too!
