Answer: It is important to be yourself. The MER weekends are designed to create a community of trust and concern among participants. In order to remove the barriers that could separate participants, please address fellow participants by first name only and avoid all discussion of military rank and "shop talk."
Additionally, it is important to respect the privacy of others while at the retreat.
