Daily Dialogue Questions

By Sheri & Bob Stritof, About.com

Make a commitment to write to one another every day. Ten minutes is usually enough writing time. Then schedule 10 minutes alone together to share and discuss what you wrote.

Some abbreviations often used in daily dialogue questions:
  • HDIFA = How do I feel about...

  • HDMAMMF = How does my answer make me feel?

  • HDIFAT = How do I feel about that?

  • WAMFA = What are my feelings about...
