ID Requirement: Proof of citizenship, a certified copy of your birth certificate or a valid passport.

Residency Requirement: None.

Waiting Period: Application must be made one day prior to the wedding. Non-residents must wait three days.

Previous Marriages: You will need to show a certified copy of divorce certificate or death certificate if you've been married before.

Other Tests: None.

Under 18: Parental consent is required.

Fees: $100+.

Proxy Marriages: No.
