  1. Lack of concern about marriage relationship.
  2. Not interested in doing things with partner or celebrating birthdays or holidays.
  3. Major change in sleep pattern by staying up later or getting up earlier than normal.
  4. No enthusiasm for sex with spouse.
  5. Lots of denial and rationalization for behavior changes.
  6. Blames spouse.
  7. Seems different, more moody.
  8. Caught telling lies.
  9. Ignores household or job related responsibilities.
  10. Changes passwords on computer.
  11. Moves computer to a more isolated location in the house.
  12. Demands privacy.
  13. Much more time spent on computer.
  14. Doesn't want to talk about computer usage.
Tips:
  1. Cyber affairs are often a sympton of other problems in a marriage.
  2. Lack of communication, financial problems, relocation, and sexual dissatisfaction can be triggers to this behavior.
  3. Ask for honest communication to resolve the hurt and to rebuild trust.
