The Bottom Line -
Integrating perspectives from the fields of psychology, acupuncture, nutrition, and gynecology, the authors cover everything from stress relief and balancing home and work, to keeping love alive in a marriage. This would be a great gift for mom on Mother's Day, or for expectant parents.

Soothing Suggestions
This practical and easy to use book on nurturing is a great reference book for both wives and husbands. Women today are working longer hours and sleeping less than their own mothers. "Mother Nurture" is a holistic and comprehensive plan in taking care of oneself.
There are one-minute, five-minute, fifteen-minute, thirty-minute, and one-hour soothers along with helpful information to lower stress, lift moods, regain energy, prevent Depleted Mother Syndrome, build teamwork and intimacy with mate, solve health problems, balance home and work, and more.
I highly recommend this book. Being good to yourself is one of the most important things you can do for those you love.
