4/26/2012: Stating that Nancy Beatie "physically attacked" him several times, Thomas Beatie filed for divorce. Nancy denied the allegations and claimed she was "emotionally and physically abused" by Thomas.

4/20/2012: Thomas Beatie confirmed being separated from his wife Nancy.

According to the Daily Mail, they were married in Hawaii in 2003. Thomas and Nancy shared they've been married for five years on The Oprah Winfrey Show in April 2008. Thomas and Nancy were married after he was legally considered a man in the state of Oregon.
