12/03/2011: Aspen Colorado police arrested Brooke Mueller on charges of cocaine possession with intent to distribute and third degree assault. She posted an $11,000 bond and was released. Her court date was scheduled for December 19, 2011.5/02/11: TMZ.com reported that the Sheen/Mueller divorce became final on May 2, 2011.
3/02/11: According to People.com Brooke Mueller stated in her request for a restraining order against Charlie Sheen, "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane. I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care." The restraining order was granted and their twin boys were removed from his custody.
11/01/10: Citing irreconcilable differences and seeking joint custody of their children, Charlie Sheen filed for divorce from Brooke Mueller. Seeking sole custody of their twin sons and spousal support, Brooke also filed divorce papers. Charlie and Brooke are said to have a premarital agreement.
12/26/2009: After posting an $8,500 bond, Sheen was released at 7 p.m. on 12/25/2009. His next court date is scheduled for 2/8/2010. Charlie and Brooke are eventually headed for marriage counseling but are reportedly spending some time apart now.
12/25/2009: Charlie Sheen spent Christmas in jail in Aspen, Colorado after his arrest for domestic violence charges -- second-degree assault, menacing, and criminal mischief.
