8/03/2012: According to TMZ.com sources, "the couple [Courtney and Doug] has acknowledged there are 'obvious problems in their relationship because of their age difference and the notoriety they've gotten because of their relationship' and will appear on VH1's Couples Therapy.

A Cradle Robbing Scam?:

With her mother's permission, teen Courtney Stodden married a man older than her father. Statistics are against this marriage lasting for the "teen bride" who is 35 years younger than her husband Doug Hutchison and flaunts her sexuality excessively.

Courtney and Doug could have lowered their odds for divorce by waiting several years to get married. From a news perspective, their marriage is almost as scandalous as when Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13-year-old cousin. Other words the media used to describe the Stodden-Hutchison marriage are icky, creepy, immoral, cradle robbing, May-December marriage, a joke, a scam, and an abomination.

Looking at how Courtney walks, talks, her provocative clothing, her sultry actions, and then Watching her pouty sexy non-verbal behavior on an ABC Nightline interview, we can only wonder what were her parents thinking the past few years to allow their daughter to behave this way.

Courtney was still considered a child by many and although her marriage to Doug was legal, we too ask "at what cost?"
