This is Part 10 of a 10 part online course. Daily dialogue requires that you take twenty minutes out of your day to connect with your mate on a feeling level. Take no more than ten minutes to write a letter to your spouse on a question that the two of you have agreed to write on.[p] Then sit down together, exchange your letters, read them, and then discuss your feelings about what you've just read. This shouldn't last more than ten minutes. [p]
