Answer

Since you are both minors (under 18), you are under the care and control of your parents. Your parents may take steps to stop you two from seeing one another and having further sexual relations. They can do this by having you declared incorrigible, and possibly put you in a juvenile facility.

You need to be aware that the moment you turn 18, you could be liable for prosecution for having sex with a minor, even though it is consensual.

The two of you really need to seek the advice of an attorney in Oklahoma or call the county clerk where you live. The only way the two of you can get her parental consent for marriage waived is to have a court order. But to be honest with you, we seriously doubt that a court judge would do this since your girlfriend is only 14 years old.

We wish you both well. You have some gigantic challenges ahead of you.
