From the article: A Bad Mood is Contagious
When either you or your spouse are in a bad mood, the crabbiness can be contagious. Some people use techniques such as visualization, exercise, laughter, aromatherapy, music, and alone time to break their bad moods. Share Your Experiences

Prayer

I like to "try" and put it all in God's hands. Without his guidance I am a nuerotic mess, and likely to ruin all my relationships with the ones I love.

Meditation for bad moods

When I am in a bad mood, nothing helps like a 10-15 minute meditation break. It's nothing fancy -- I just sit in a chair (or cross-legged on the floor), pay attention to my breathing and try to center my concentration on the space between my eyebrows (the pineal gland?) I'm no pro at meditation, but I find that a quiet space and a short break really help me. And if it doesn't work the first time, I just try again!
